Fizz Kale

Originally bred in Britain, Fizz Kale (Brassica oleracea) leaves are flat, emerald/pale green with white veins and lobed like oak leaves. This is a really fast grower ideal for getting into baby salad mixes or stir fries in the early spring or fall. Upright growth habit and sturdy stems makes for easy harvest of larger leaves.

Kale is a biennial crop hardy to zones 8 and above. Fizz will produce baby leaves for harvesting from seed at about 40 days when sown under ideal conditions.
