Scarlet Bee Balm

Scarlet Bee Balm (Monarda didyma), also known as Oswego tea or Bergamot (so-called for its scent resemblance to orange bergamot), is an extremely captivating perennial plant that produces bright, fiery flower blossoms that are attractive to hummingbirds, bees, and many other beneficial garden creatures. The species is native to eastern North America but is comfortable in most temperate climates. Plants will reach between two and six feet tall when mature. 

Plants are perennial and will produce flowers approximately 100-120 days after seeding.
