Arugula

The standard Arugula (Eruca vesicaria) with that classic spicy flavor. Long, deeply-lobed dark leaves are easy to harvest for bunching. Spicy flowers are excellent in salads or as an accent for bouquets. Sow seeds thickly for multiple cuts, or give each plant a little space for large, bunching leaves. Grow in spring or autumn, as hot weather will cause fast bolting.

Arugula is an annual plant that will produce baby leaves in approximately 21 days from seed and mature in 40 days when spring sown If left to seed, definitely expect plenty of volunteers in the follow up harvest.

Seeds are certified organic.
