Shirazi Tobacco Seed

A stout, fast growing strain that traveled from the New World to Persia. Produces thin leaves.

Size: BULK: 4,500 seeds (0.75 gram), OG

This coveted strain of tobacco (Nicotiana tobaccum) originally hailed from the Shiraz region of Persia and we’re excited to offer our own certified organic version of this variety. The plant is stout and fast growing – more so than many other Tobaccum species – yielding thin leaves that are traditionally sun-cured and turn to a gorgeous light tan. Compare to our Virginia variety that is more vigorous in stature and has thicker leaves. All varieties of Nicotiana tobaccum make beautiful ornamentals namely due to their pronounced trumpet-shaped flowers.

75 days from transplant to flower. Annual.
Seeds are certified organic.
